Presenter Bio: Matt focuses his practice on land use entitlement processing and related environmental compliance.  He represents a range of local agencies, real estate developers and landowners in all stages of the development process in California.  He has handled entitlements for many of the most significant projects in Northern California, including Google’s Downtown West project in San Jose, the Treasure Island / Yerba Buena Island redevelopment project, the San Francisco Giants’ Mission Rock project, and the Candlestick Point / Hunters Point Shipyard redevelopment project.
