Dana Lawson is a Senior Engineer and holds bachelor and master degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. With over 21 years of experience at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, she’s had a broad career ranging from planning, design, and construction, to operations and maintenance in both the treatment plant and collection system. Additionally, she began Central San’s asset management program, starting up a new, dedicated workgroup, and spending five years developing a comprehensive asset management program, presenting at WEFTEC, CWEA and CASA on the topic, and facilitating participation across the agency from operations & maintenance to finance.
