Presentation Summary:
CCTA is tasked with implementing the changes to the transportation analysis of residential and commercial development projects in CEQA into the County’s GMP. This shift in project analysis requires moving away from the traditional LOS measure to the new VMT metric. CCTA will be providing tools and resources to assist Contra Costa agencies in their local implementation efforts.
