Sept - William Garcia of Harris - Freight Trains

Before joining Harris, I spent just under 8 years designing mostly transportation projects, with an emphasis on freight rail.  My freight rail project experience ranges from small and straightforward (for example a rail to truck transload station) to more complex and novel such as freight rail detour tracks for CA high-speed rail construction and unit-train facilities for the CA Delta Conveyance Project.
